Is it safe for girls travelling alone?
Yes. Many of our travellers come alone. Girls share rooms with girls, and the trip captain stays with the group the whole time, from Delhi and back.
I'm coming solo. Will I fit in?
Most groups have a few solo travellers. By the first bonfire, everyone knows each other.
Who joins your trips?
Mostly students and working people aged about 20 to 35, from Delhi NCR and nearby cities. A group is about 15 people.
Who leads the group?
A trip captain from our team travels with you from Delhi and back. They look after the stays, food, timings and anything you need on the way.
What's included in the price?
Travel from Delhi and back, stay on sharing, breakfast and dinner, a trip captain and the sightseeing in the plan. Not included: lunch and snacks, entry tickets, parking, adventure activities like paragliding or snow rides, and personal expenses.
How do we travel from Delhi?
By road, overnight, in a tempo traveller or bus with the group. Trips leave Delhi on Friday night and get back early in the morning on the last day.
What are the rooms like?
You stay in cottages, camps or hotels, in shared rooms. The base price is quad sharing (4 to a room). Triple sharing is ₹500 more per person, and double sharing is ₹1,000 more.
Do you go every weekend?
Yes. Our group trips leave Delhi every Friday night. Pick your weekend on the trip page.
Do I need an ID?
Yes. Carry a government photo ID such as Aadhaar, a driving licence or a passport. Hotels ask for it at check-in.
Can you plan a private trip for my group?
Yes. For friends, family, college or office groups, we plan private trips on your dates. Message us the place, dates and number of people.
How cold will it be?
In November, days are pleasant and nights in the hills go near zero. Bring a heavy jacket, thermals, gloves and good shoes. We send a packing list after you book.
How do I pay?
Pay ₹1,999 per person to book your seat. The rest is paid at the time of departure. We share payment details on WhatsApp.
Where is the pickup?
Pickup is from Delhi only: Rohini Sector 18/19 Metro, Kashmere Gate or Akshardham Metro. Pick the one closest to you when you book.
Is the booking amount refundable?
No. The booking amount (₹1,999 per person) is not refunded under any circumstances, even if we cancel the trip. If we cancel because of weather, roads or too few travellers, anything you paid above the booking amount is refunded in full.
What if I cancel?
Refunds apply only if you have paid the full trip amount. We keep the ₹1,999 booking amount, and a charge applies to the rest: 30 or more days before departure, 10%. 15 to 29 days: 25%. 7 to 14 days: 50%. 3 to 6 days: 75%. Less than 3 days or no-show: no refund. If you have not paid in full, nothing is refunded. Full refund policy
Is GST included?
No. 5% GST is added to the trip price.
